CRH has once again been recognised as a sustainability leader in its sector by the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index (DJSI) and CDP, two of the world’s leading disclosure systems that help investors identify companies with strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance.
The DJSI has praised CRH for its environmental and social reporting, human capital development and business ethics, as well as making progress against other key ESG metrics.
Further underscoring CRH’s positive ESG performance, CDP has awarded CRH an A- rating for its climate and water disclosures. This recognises our work to reduce emissions across our business and reuse and recycle water to protect local resources.
These external recognitions – among several CRH has received from leading ESG rating agencies – reflect our long-standing commitment to becoming a circular, net-zero company and our efforts to continuously improve our ESG disclosures and reporting.
