Ordinary shareholders

CRH’s ordinary shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol CRH.

Registered Shareholders (i.e. those holding shares directly on the CRH Register of Members) can find information in relation to the management of their shareholding in the “Registered Shareholders” section below.

Shareholders who hold shares indirectly through a broker or custodian should contact the relevant institution with any questions about their shareholding.

  • Registered Shareholders

    Registered Shareholders with queries in relation to the day-to-day management of their shareholding (such as account balances, dividend payments, address changes etc.) can address many general queries quickly and efficiently by logging in to their U.S. Investor Center account with Computershare here.

    Periodically, Computershare hosts in-person Shareholder Support Sessions at its offices in Ireland to assist Registered Shareholders in relation to shareholder matters. Details of these sessions are sent to Registered Shareholders by post.
