Over three 12 month rotations, you’ll explore different areas of CRH’s finance function, gaining broad exposure and valuable experience. Working closely with teams across our European businesses, your rotations may include Group Finance, Internal Audit, or supporting one of our operating companies – giving you a well-rounded foundation to launch your career.

We are committed to supporting your journey toward professional accreditation. As a graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue either the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification—whichever best aligns with your career aspirations.

Step 1 – Apply Online
Click on the button below to complete our short online application form and submit it together with your CV and latest academic results.
Step 2 – Online Assessment
If you meet our initial requirements, you will be asked to complete a set of online assessments to test your numerical skills and logical reasoning.
Step 3 – Virtual Assessment Center
If you are successful in your online assessment, you will then be invited to attend one of our virtual assessment centres. This is the final stage of our recruitment process and includes an information session, a case study exercise and an interview.
