Randy Lake

Chief Operating Officer

Randy Lake is the Chief Operating Officer for CRH. Since joining CRH in the Americas in 1996, Randy has held several senior operating and leadership positions across multiple areas of the business, from CRH’s architectural products, to its performance group and materials business. Prior to his current appointment, Randy served as President of Americas Materials from 2012 to 2020 and Group Executive, Strategic Operations from 2020 to 2021. Randy is actively involved in the Materials industry in North America and served as Chairman of the US National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association in 2018.
