Pádraig Ó Ríordáin

Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer

Pádraig Ó Ríordáin is CRH’s Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, responsible for the global legal function, corporate affairs and communications. He has over 30 years’ experience in advising multinational and domestic corporations across the US and Europe. He was previously Chief Legal Officer at Flutter Entertainment and prior to that, a partner at Arthur Cox LLP for 20 years, including eight years as Managing Partner. He has served as Chairman of both the Dublin Airport Authority and The National Lottery in Ireland. A Harvard Law School graduate, Pádraig is a qualified lawyer in both Ireland and New York.
