Innovation in action
Innovating on stormwater management
For the city of Renton, Wash., CRH companies created a stormwater solution to protect local neighborhoods from flooding and address pollutants in stormwater runoff.
Solving complex customer challenges
To address extreme weather and aging infrastructure, CRH Companies Stradal and Hydro International provided a water infrastructure upgrade for the City of Strasbourg, France to disconnect the stormwater network from the existing wastewater system and re-route the stormwater back to the river.
Improving Critical Infrastructure
CRH Company Oldcastle Infrastructure supported Los Angeles County to address system maintenance challenges with stormwater management. The new system simplified maintenance, reduced operational downtime, minimized safety risks for maintenance crews and limited traffic disruptions.
