CRH plc, the international building materials group, announces that Angela Malone, Company Secretary, will retire on 30th June 2009. Angela joined CRH in 1990 and was appointed Company Secretary in 1995.
Neil Colgan, who is currently Deputy Company Secretary, will succeed Angela. Neil, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, joined CRH in 1997, having previously worked with KPMG.
