Nancy Buese

Chief Financial Officer

Nancy Buese is the Chief Financial Officer for CRH, responsible for overseeing CRH’s global finance function and playing a central role in advancing the company’s strategy, operational discipline and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining CRH, Nancy served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Baker Hughes Company, an energy technology company, from November 2022 until February 2025. She also held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Newmont Corporation, a gold mining company, from October 2016 to October 2022.

Nancy is a certified public accountant and a former partner at Ernst & Young. She has served on the Board of Chubb Limited, an insurance and reinsurance organization, since 2023.
