In line with new Irish legislation, CRH plc’s three companies in Ireland – Irish Cement Ltd, Roadstone Ltd and CRH Group Services Ltd – have published their inaugural gender pay gap reports.
Irish Cement Ltd. is the leading supplier of cement in Ireland, with plants located in Co. Limerick and Co. Meath, and employs 289 people. Roadstone Ltd. is Ireland’s leading supplier of construction materials, with a national network of quarries and outlets, and employs 666 people. CRH Group Services Ltd is the administrative head office of the global Group and employs 364 people.
In total, CRH plc’s Irish companies report a mean gender pay gap of 12% and a median gender pay gap of -15%. Details of each company’s gender pay gap, and the initiatives under way to close the gaps, are included in the individual reports.
