To help you discover and develop your strengths and interest in finance, you will complete three rotations of 12 months duration, each in a different area of CRH’s finance function. Working closely with teams from across our European businesses, your rotations may include Group Finance, Internal Audit as well as supporting one of our operating companies across Europe, giving you an unrivalled opportunity to learn the end-to-end value chain of our global business.

Once you join, you’ll be immersed in our culture of continuous learning and development. Our structured development programme will help you to develop the skills you need to be successful, and we’ll provide you with coaching, mentoring and regular check-ins to help you build your career at CRH.
We will fully support you in achieving your professional accreditation and offer graduates the option of completing either ACCA or CIMA qualifications. Our programme includes: all education and exam fees paid, study and exam leave and exposure to quality, professional finance and accountancy experience.

Step 1 – Apply Online

Step 2 – Application Screening
Our graduate recruitment team will review your application to ensure you meet our programme requirements.
Step 3 – Online Assessment
If you meet our initial requirements, you will receive an email link to complete a set of online assessments to test your numerical skills and logical reasoning.
Step 4 – Virtual Assessment Centre
If you are successful in your online assessment, you will then be invited to attend one of our virtual assessment centres. This is the final stage of our recruitment process and includes an information session, a case study exercise and an interview.
If you complete all four steps and are successful, you will receive an offer to join us.
