• Three years of exciting work experience designed to develop a strong foundation of financial skills. You’ll gain a wide range of experience and exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, statutory and regulatory reporting, internal audit, account preparation and financial risk management.
• Up to three rotations of 12 months duration in various finance functions across our European businesses.
• Three years of accelerated development through ongoing coaching and mentoring and an extensive, custom-built training programme to help you reach your full potential.
• The support you need to complete your ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification.

• Have you obtained or are expecting to obtain a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a Business-related discipline?
• Do you speak English fluently as well as one of the following languages: French, Polish, Dutch, Danish, Romanian or Slovakian?
• Are you eligible to work in the EU without restrictions?
• Are you willing to relocate internationally for two rotations as part of the programme?
• Do you aspire to become an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant?
• Do you have a high level of self-motivation and commitment?
• Do you want to play a leading role in reimagining the way our world is built?

Step 1 – Apply Online

Step 2 – Application Screening
Our graduate recruitment team will review your application to ensure you meet our programme requirements.

Step 3 – Online Assessment
If you meet our initial requirements, you will receive an email link to complete a set of online assessments to test your numerical skills and logical reasoning.

Step 4 – Virtual Assessment Centre
If you are successful in your online assessment, you will then be invited to attend one of our virtual assessment centres. This is the final stage of our recruitment process and includes an information session, a case study exercise and an interview.

If you complete all four steps and are successful, you will receive an offer to join us.
